Sport records

One of the greatest benefits of sport is that it makes people develop and try to get better results and records. And new records appear.
Almost every Olympic Games bring new records. A record is always an achievement of a sportsman and almost every sportsman works and trains to gain the new record.
Sport makes people work regularly on themselves and achieve new results. In such way evolution continues and people show how strong they are. And sometimes we wonder and understand that human possibilities are endless.
Sometimes these records are made thanks to doping and drugs.
But still there are a lot of records in different kinds of sports. For example, the record of Moriss Green was a record during 6 years since 1999. He ran 100meters for 9, 97 seconds. But it was bitted in 2006 by Asafa Pauell.
There are a lot of means and ways that are used to improve results of sportsmen. For example, running approach allowed jumping farther. More frequently you move hands while running, faster you run.
All these "secrets" that allow to improve sport's achievements and to set a record were created thanks to experience of other sportsmen.
Sport is an important activity. It was valued in all periods of human history and is still one of the most important parts in people life.
Competition is one of the main principles of sports. And the main aim of sportsmen is to win competitions. And competition makes people find new ways of setting records and winning. Some people say that the victory is not so important as participating. Of course it is true, but of course people take part in championships to win and get the first prise.
Sport records shows what results the regular, persistent and devoted training may bring. And these records show the real abilities of human body.
